Damaged or Faulty Items
We are committed to providing high-quality photographic products and packaging them with care. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item by emailing ian@ianrichardsonphotography.co.nz.
To be eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit, the item must:
· Be returned within 14 days of the purchase date;
· Be in its original, unused condition;
· Include all original packaging, labels, and documentation.
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will confirm whether you are eligible for a refund, credit, or replacement. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Exchanges & Returns
We encourage you to contact us before purchasing if you have any questions about a specific print or product. We're happy to help ensure you're confident in your choice.
If you decide to return or exchange an item, the following conditions apply:
· The item must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date;
· It must be in unused and original condition (including packaging and any documentation);
· Sale items are non-refundable but may be eligible for store credit at our discretion.
After inspection, we will offer a refund, store credit, or exchange as appropriate. Items that are returned damaged, altered, or not in their original condition will not be eligible for a refund or exchange and may be returned to you at your expense.
Exclusions
Please be aware that we cannot refund or exchange:
· Any custom or personalised items (unless faulty);
· Digital downloads once they have been accessed or delivered;
· Items returned outside the 14-day return window.
Shipping Costs
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item.
